Mindra is a focus-timer app. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact andriy.kachur.22333@gmail.com.
You can use Mindra without signing in. In that mode your focus sessions, notes, and preferences are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers.
If you choose to sign in, we use Sign in with Apple. We store the account identifier Apple provides and the email address associated with it (which may be an Apple “Hide My Email” relay address if you chose to hide it). We use this only to identify your account and sync your data across your devices.
When you are signed in, the following is synced to and stored on our backend so it is available on your other devices:
Premium subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. Payments are handled entirely by Apple — we never receive or store your payment card or billing details. We only receive whether a subscription is active. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
If you enable a daily reminder, it is scheduled locally on your device by the operating system. We do not send push notifications from a server.
Synced data is stored using Supabase, our hosting and database provider, acting on our behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Mindra contains no third-party advertising or analytics or tracking software.
We keep your synced data for as long as your account exists. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email andriy.kachur.22333@gmail.com and we will remove it. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app.
Mindra is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
